The Flow FW boards are designed for riders looking for a performance‑oriented foil board that combines control, stability, and versatility across a wide range of wing foiling conditions. The Flow Freewave shape focuses on a direct board‑to‑foil connection, a confident stance, and predictable handling, making it suitable from versatile freeride sessions to demanding wave and freestyle riding.
The Flow FW 95 Carbon is the agile all‑round size within the Flow Freewave range. It is aimed at riders who prefer a more compact board with a sporty feel, without sacrificing stability and control. This size especially shines in wave and freestyle conditions.
The Flow FW 95 Carbon measures 5'6 7/8 in length, has a volume of 95 litres, a width of 26 3/8′, a thickness of 4 1/2′, and a weight of 6.6 kg. The recommended rider weight range is 85–110 kg.
The redesigned drop‑deck geometry positions the front foot slightly higher than the back foot. This creates a very direct feel to the foil and enables efficient power transfer when pumping and during hard carves. The deck features a generous concave in the front section that tapers smoothly towards the tail, holding the rider securely in position while still allowing natural stance adjustments.
The Tear‑Drop Outline keeps width and volume concentrated under the front foot, where stability and high displacement speed are most important. At the same time, the narrower tail section allows for clean release and tight turns without the board hanging up on the water. Straight rails transitioning into a rounder nose provide smooth control, stable carving, and reduced wind resistance.
An optimised volume distribution with a slightly lengthened profile adds volume towards the back of the board. This allows riders to apply pressure on the back foot without sinking the tail, which is especially beneficial for freestyle moves, jumps, and powerful turns.
The hull is completely flat and clean, transitioning into a slightly squared pintail. This supports fast planning, clean release, and a direct pop‑up once speed is built. A subtle rocker helps with smooth touchdown recovery and keeps the board forgiving in choppy conditions.
