How do I place an order on Elevatesurf?
Order directly in our online shop or contact us by phone at +41 32 552 03 30. We're available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Contact us quickly by email at info@elevatesurf.ch or by phone.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time directly on the carrier's website.
Are the products under warranty?
Yes, all our products come with the manufacturer's warranty. For F-ONE products, the warranty is 2 years on manufacturing defects.
Shipping & Returns
What are the delivery times?
Delivery in Switzerland usually takes 2 to 4 working days. In-stock products ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free from CHF 200 of purchase in Switzerland. Below that amount, shipping costs apply depending on weight and destination.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Contact us at info@elevatesurf.ch to get a return slip.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by sending us photos at info@elevatesurf.ch. We'll arrange a quick exchange or refund.
Do you ship outside Switzerland?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs and times vary by destination country. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer and in-store payment in Neuchâtel. Instalment payment is available on request.
