Improving a harness like the EXO is hard, but developing the ECLIPSE taught us a great deal and we used that experience to redraw our star harness. Applying Adaptive Shell technology to the EXO brings better support, less weight and more durability. Its rigid central zone supports the back effectively, while its different levels of stiffness and its soft outline still allow plenty of freedom of movement. The soft part of the EXO is built from a single block of foam, which stops the harness soaking up water, so it stays light and comfortable even while riding. Comes with a standard hook, rope and knife.

Thanks to its rigid central zone, the EXO supports the back effectively. It still allows a great deal of freedom of movement thanks to its different levels of stiffness, and in particular its flexible outline.
The soft part of the EXO is built from a single block of foam (Single Foam). This stops the harness from soaking up too much water, so it stays light and comfortable even out on the water.
The harness comes with a standard hook, a rope and a knife.

Adaptive Shell
The stiffness of the Adaptive Shell decreases from a rigid central section to flexible sides. The rigid central belt stops the harness from folding in two and compressing the rider, while preserving good lumbar support. The more flexible outline gives intuitive mobility and adapts to your movements. The harness is therefore stiff where the back needs support, and flexible where it needs adaptability.
Single Foam
Comfort is essential in a harness. This harness uses a single injection mould to create a one-piece foam layer between the back and the EDP. With very few glued and stitched parts, product reliability improves. And because it is a single watertight piece, the foam absorbs no water and stays far lighter than a harness built from multiple foam and neoprene layers.
Down Hold System
Because there is nothing more annoying than a harness riding up during your sessions, we developed the DOWN HOLD SYSTEM, an asymmetric attachment that directs the loads downwards. Locked in its initial position, the buckle does not ride up.
Tuck Flap
The TUCK FLAPS back up the DOWN HOLD SYSTEM: their two tabs, placed at the ends of the buckle, slot into the harness. Once the straps are tightened, they are compressed and locked. By stiffening the link between harness and buckle, they stop it from riding up.
Leash attachment
Our kite leash attachment sits at the front of the harness, giving easy, direct access to the release in case of danger. Fitted to the right-hand webbing as standard, the ring can easily be moved to the left-hand webbing.
W A R N I N G : NAISH-branded leashes do not fit the size of our ring, which can be a hazard when releasing. We are working on a new version.
