Area and aspect ratio

The number in the name is the area in cm²: a big wing takes off earlier and carries more, a small one is faster and turns tighter. Aspect ratio drives glide: a high-aspect wing glides further, a mid-aspect wing stays more manoeuvrable.

Reading the ranges

• North Sonar: each wing states its use (Kite/Wing, Downwind/Parawing, Pumpfoil/Dockstart); MA, HA, SF, DW and P are the families
• Indiana: Marlin, Barracuda, Condor, Manta and Dolphin wings, plus high-aspect HP wings (X-AR, H-AR, M-AR)

Compatibility

A front wing fits a fuselage from the same system: North Sonar with Sonar, and at Indiana depending on the range (HP, MB or FM). If in doubt, send us your current fuselage and we will check before you order.
