📘 How to choose — your buying guide
On a wingfoil board, volume is the number-one criterion: it determines how easily you stand up and how stable the start is.
What volume? (by level)
- Beginner: your weight (kg) + 30 to 40 L. E.g. 80 kg → 110–120 L. You start floating, seated or kneeling.
- Intermediate: weight + 10 to 20 L.
- Advanced / competitor: weight ± 0 or below (sinker boards, water start).

Width, outline & construction
A wide board is more stable at the start; a narrow, short board is more agile in flight. For construction, carbon makes it lighter and livelier (better pumping); bamboo/PVC builds offer great value and toughness to start.

The Indiana Foil Easy Ride 115 L Carbon is designed for riders who want a forgiving, stable platform for learning and progressing in wing foiling. Measuring 5’11’ in length, 28′ in width, and 4 13/16′ in thickness, the Easy Ride 115 L Carbon weighs 7.8 kg and is recommended for riders between 60 and 120 kg.
The board’s longer outline and subtle rocker make it easy to get up on foil passively, while the wide stance and concave deck provide excellent stability and secure footing. The lowered front stance improves foil feedback and helps maintain a parallel, balanced position, making it easier to control the board and focus on flying.
The Easy Ride 115 L Carbon is slightly narrower and shorter than the 135 L, making it a great step-down option for lighter riders or those ready to progress to a more agile board. The pulled-in tail and sharp rails ensure clean release and neutral touchdowns, while the proven Easy Ride shape details guarantee a smooth, predictable ride.
