The Carve is a powerful, responsive and controllable kite, ideal for carving in the wave, dropping into a barrel or boosting strapless tricks.
Built with a stable, lower-aspect design for fast turns and excellent drift, the Carve gives an extremely direct feel for bar pressure and steering input.
For 2024 we placed the Carve firmly back in its wave-riding category. A refined bridle with a longer, more progressive throw makes the kite smoother and more responsive across the whole depower range, and it stays responsive right to the end of the stroke.
The improved overall balance also enhances drift, letting the kite slide along the line while you surf, waiting for your bar input. More intuitive control — especially when the kite is out of sight during a big bottom turn, a cutback or in a barrel — means you can focus 100 % on surfing.
The Carve has a slightly reduced leading-edge diameter and thinner profiles, giving smoother power and an extended top-end wind range. 11 m version, 2024.
