SK99 is a premium fibre: for the same strength it allows thinner, lower-stretch lines than standard material. In practice: less drag, a more direct steering feel and a kite that stays properly trimmed for longer — so less re-trimming through the season.
Particularly welcome in kitefoil and light wind, where any line stretch is immediately felt in steering precision.
