The SWING V3 is F-ONE's wing for waves, downwind and playful freeride, in its third generation. Compact and light, it is built to disappear in your hands while surfing.
It neutralises easily — you can let it run through the wave without it unbalancing the turn — and gives power back the instant you load it. Take-off is intuitive: a few movements are enough to get the foil going.

The wing is your engine: its size and construction determine your wind range, control and feel. F-ONE offers a complete range, from first flight to top level.
Size depends on your weight and the wind. Indicative reference (medium wind 15–22 knots):
A bigger wing pulls better in light wind and helps take off; a smaller one handles strong wind and stays agile. With two sizes (e.g. 4 m² + 5/6 m²) you cover most sessions.
The lighter and stiffer a wing, the better it holds light wind without flopping, the easier it pumps to take off and the less your arms tire. Hierarchy: ALUULA > CWC > standard Dacron. To start, a SWING in standard construction is the best fun-to-price ratio.
