F-ONE Wings

F-ONE designs wings for every stage, from your first runs to downwinding. Here is how to find your way through the range, with the models available at Elevate Surf in Neuchâtel.

Which F-ONE wing for which rider?

• To learn: the SWING V5 (2.0 to 5.5 m²), light, stable and easy to get planing, or the ORIGIN V2 (2.0 to 6.0 m²), which brings back the comfort of F-ONE's first wings.
• To do it all: the STRIKE V6, the versatile wing we recommend most, in nine sizes from 2.0 to 6.0 m² (why choose it).
• Sharper and more durable: the STRIKE 6 QUADX, whose whole inflatable structure is made of QuadX Composite.
• For light wind: the STRIKE 6 CWC, from 6.0 to 9.0 m², with a compact design and Dacron build (our guide).
• For downwind and freefly: the FRIGATE 2 parawing (2.0 to 6.5 m²), the QUEST pocket wing (2.0 to 6.0 m²) and the PLUME, halfway between a kite and a wing.

Which size?

Size depends on your weight and the wind at your spot. In medium wind (15 to 22 knots), count on roughly 3.5 to 4.5 m² under 65 kg, 4.5 to 5.5 m² from 65 to 85 kg and 5.5 to 6.5 m² above. On Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Geneva the thermal winds often blow at 12 to 18 knots, so the middle sizes, 4.5 to 5.5 m², sell the most. Two sizes cover most of your sessions. One boom for several wings

On the SWING V5 and ORIGIN V2, the strap position has been revised so that a single boom fits several sizes and models of the range: handy for building your quiver without buying everything again.

Buying your F-ONE wing in Switzerland

At Elevate Surf, prices are shown in Swiss francs, with no customs clearance to pay on delivery. We advise you on size based on your weight and spot, you can try before you buy, and some STRIKE V6 sizes are ready to collect at our Neuchâtel shop. See also the whole F-ONE range and all wings.
