Indiana ambassador Steeve Fleury designed his own signature board: a pure pump foil board. This pumping machine is small, compact, light and strong, and its shape allows long flights and tight turns. The rails are round on top and sharp underneath, which means you do not lose speed in very tight turns or on water contact, and restarting is easy. At 24 litres you can even paddle it and ride waves.
On a wingfoil board, volume is the number-one criterion: it determines how easily you stand up and how stable the start is.
A wide board is more stable at the start; a narrow, short board is more agile in flight. For construction, carbon makes it lighter and livelier (better pumping); bamboo/PVC builds offer great value and toughness to start.
