The stabiliser (the rear wing) sets the balance, pitch stability and overall behaviour of your foil.
Big or small stab?
- Big stab: more stability and lift, easy and forgiving flight, easy pumping — ideal for beginners and small conditions.
- Small stab: freer, faster, more agile and radical — for experienced riders, waves and racing.
Tuning and consistency
Many stabs adjust in incidence (shims) to fine-tune the front/rear balance. For consistent behaviour, match your stab to your front wing — ideally from the same F-ONE family.

Le plus petit stabilisateur de surf S185 a été conçu pour être combiné avec les plus petites ailes avant de surf de la série SF. Son envergure modérée offre un rapport d'aspect suffisamment élevé pour pomper efficacement tout en restant compact pour des virages réactifs. Le contour balayé minimal améliore les performances à basse vitesse et réduit efficacement la longueur de la coque par rapport aux stabilisateurs extrêmement balayés.
