The F-ONE quick release was designed to fit onto bars without tools. It has rigid elastics, and the upper section has been shortened by one centimetre to give a slightly longer sheeting range.

This freestyle version is designed to work in every critical situation: it can be triggered under load as well as when the lines are slack. In some emergencies the bar can jam in the sheeted-in position; the F-ONE release therefore has a top stop that leaves enough clearance to operate it even then. It is easy to use, and left- and right-handers will find it equally straightforward.
To start wingfoiling you need three well-matched elements: a board, a foil and a wing. Well matched, they get you up to speed fast. Here's the essential.
Aim for volume = your weight (kg) + 30 to 40 L to start (e.g. 80 kg → 110–120 L). Wide and stable. See the board guide →
Choose large surface area, low aspect ratio and a shorter mast (75–85 cm): early lift, stable flight, easy pumping (GRAVITY / PHANTOM). See the foil guide →
Depending on weight and wind, usually 4 to 5.5 m², on a stable, balanced model (SWING). See the wing guide →
