The ROCKET WING - S is an F-One wing foil board in the S version, in the standard construction. It is the same shape as the carbon version in a more accessible finish: a good choice for a first dedicated wing board. A question about the size or the volume that suits your weight? On a wingfoil board, volume is the number-one criterion: it determines how easily you stand up and how stable the start is.
A wide board is more stable at the start; a narrow, short board is more agile in flight. For construction, carbon makes it lighter and livelier (better pumping); bamboo/PVC builds offer great value and toughness to start.
