The X10D boot is designed to be forgotten. Very light, it gives direct contact with the board and comes close to the feeling of riding barefoot. Many of us put off boot season as long as possible: you lose precision, you stop feeling the board, your foot slides around inside. Those are exactly the reasons that pushed us to draw our own range. So we offer boots for people who do not like boots: warm and comfortable, but easy to forget, while still holding the foot properly.

So we offer boots for people who do not like boots: they stay warm and comfortable, but they know how to be forgotten while still holding the foot properly.

Our X10D fabric delivers maximum lightness along with a soft, silky feel against the skin.
Donut cuff
The entry of MANERA boots is closed by a donut cuff, which lets water slide outwards instead of letting the boot fill up.
Sealing prints
The print around the ankle improves the connection between boot and wetsuit and stops the suit leg from riding up.
Round toe
No separation at the toes. That brings more comfort and more warmth, with all the toes kept together.
Foot support
Holding the foot properly is essential for comfort and performance in a neoprene boot. MANERA boots have rigid SIDEWALLS on each side of the foot to hold it in place. We also use a stiffer neoprene across the front of the foot to support the whole structure of the boot.
Direct drive
The sole of MANERA boots is very thin so the feel between foot and board stays precise and direct. The micro-studs on the sole give perfect grip on wax or on a pad. Without them the foot could slip inside, or the boot itself could deform, leading to loss of balance, lack of precision and even a risk of injury.
