Comment choisir sa planche de wingfoil F-ONE
Sur une planche de wingfoil, le volume est le critère n°1 : il conditionne la facilité à se mettre debout et la stabilité au départ.
Quel volume ? (selon ton niveau)
- Débutant : ton poids (kg) + 30 à 40 L. Ex. 80 kg → 110–120 L. Tu pars assis/à genoux en flottant.
- Intermédiaire : poids + 10 à 20 L.
- Avancé / compétiteur : poids ± 0 ou en dessous (planches « sinker », départ dans l'eau).

- ROCKET WING : la polyvalente — large choix de volumes, idéale pour apprendre et progresser.
- ROCKET WING-S : plus compacte et performante, outline court pour riders confirmés.
- ROCKET ASC : orientée performance et glisse.
- Versions carbone : haut de gamme, légères et réactives.
Largeur, outline & construction
Une planche large est plus stable au départ ; une planche étroite et courte est plus maniable une fois en vol. Côté construction, le carbone allège et dynamise (meilleur pumping) ; les constructions bambou/PVC offrent un excellent rapport robustesse/prix pour débuter.
